What can I hire, what can I buy?
All Packing Materials and Cardboard Boxes are sale items and yours to keep. Crates, Skates, Furniture Dollies, Hand Trolleys, Furniture Blankets and Monitor/Plasma Covers are hire items and will be collected at the end of the agreed rental period.

Can I do both? Hire some items and buy others?
You certainly can! Hire, buy or combine, the choice is yours.

How much notice do you need?
We welcome 48 hours notice or more, but are prepared to process orders with one day notice. For an additional fee, same day delivery using a courier service can be arranged.

For how long can I hire your products?
Hire fees are calculated on a weekly basis and you can hire all products for as many days, weeks or months as you require.

How much does it cost?
Prices depend on quantities hired and/or purchased and the length of the rental period. Discounts will be calculated automatically and you'll find prices of each item listed in your Instant Quote form.

How many crates will I need?
Our convenient Crate Calculator is here to assist you in determining how many crates you may need. You have the option to vary the suggested amount of crates in the online order form. While moving, it is very common to have a few "spare crates" that are not being used. Please keep in mind that if you need more crates we do have to charge an additional delivery fee! It will most likely work out cheaper to order a few more crates in the first place.

How do I order?
Easy! First use the Crate Calculator to determine how many BC3-XL Office Crates you may need. Next, add quantities of all other hire or sales items required and specify your preferred delivery/collection dates and locations. Click the "Place order" button and follow the instructions. We reward you with a 5% discount (product value only) for ordering online, after all, you have done the work. Alternatively you can ring us on 1300 323 779 and we will happily take your order or arrange for a quote over the phone!

How do I pay?
We accept Master & Visa Card (no surcharge), AMEX (3% surcharge), Direct Bank Deposit (EFT) and COD, (cash or chequeonly). You are welcome to, but not required to pay online. You will have the option to nominate your payment method during check out.

Will I receive a confirmation or tax invoice?
Yes. Shortly after you have ordered online you'll find an order confirmation in your Inbox. A Tax Invoice will be delivered with your goods or can be emailed up front.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within 40 kilometres of the CBD (Perth WA) Cut off suburbs are Rockingham (South) Quinn's Rocks (North) and Mundaring (East).

When do you deliver?
We deliver within usual business hours (8 AM to 5 PM) Monday to Friday. Deliveries after hours or on a Saturday can be arranged for an additional fee, please enquire.

How much do I pay for delivery & collection?
We charge a low handling/delivery and handling/collection fee of just $30 to $45, depending on where your business is located. Please note: We guarantee reliable delivery to your business premises on the day specified by you and charges include distribution of crates to different departments/areas as specified by you.

Hire Related Questions:

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, but we do require a valid credit card (no debit cards accepted) as a security bond, even if you pay for your hire items in cash or via EFT. No charges will be applied when all hire items are returned on time and in good condition. Don't worry, we do allow for fair wear & tear.

What if I need to extend my hire term?
Not a problem! We offer daily extension rates for all hire items. For details/rates please click here Terms & Conditions and refer to paragraph 4 / hire extensions.

What if I lose or damage any hire items?
For any hire equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee may be charged to your credit card. Please feel free to ask about our replacement fees. For more information please refer to our Hire Terms & Conditions.

Can I use hire items for regional or country relocations?
Not at this time but we hope to expand our service area in the future.
