Delivery Information

Please allow a minimum of one business day for orders to be processed and delivered.

For goods to be delivered a minimum purchase of $50 is required.

DELIVERY AREA & PROCESS

We deliver within a 40 km radius of Perth CBD to your home, workplace or business premises as long as parking is provided. We will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm a delivery date & time (usually a 2 hour window between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM e.g.: between 12-2pm). If no one is home, instructions can be given as to where goods should be left, e.g. under carport, behind left side gate etc.

FREE Delivery on all orders over $150
$25 Charge on orders under $150

Cut off suburbs are Rockingham to the south, Quinn's Rocks to the north and Mundaring to the east.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP/DROP OFF

We are not operating as a retail shop, but as an online & delivery business. However, you are welcome to pick up goods from our warehouse for purchases over $25. Prior arrangement is necessary.

COUNTRY WA DELIVERIES

WA regional & country customers are welcome to order any sale items but need to arrange and pay for transport with a freight forwarder of their choice. We will deliver (charges may apply as outlined above) purchased goods to the nominated carriers' Perth depot.

Please note: All cartons are delivered in flat pack form and strapped together into bundles of various sizes. Small items will be packed into boxes. In most cases there will be multiple items to be shipped. Please advise your freight forwarder accordingly.
