What can I hire, what can I buy?
All Packing Materials and
Cardboard Boxes are sale items and are yours to keep.
Products in the Crates & Hire Items
category are for hire only and will be collected free of charge at the end
of the agreed rental period.
Can I do both? Hire some items and buy others?
You certainly can! For example: hire crates for the things that will get packed & unpacked quickly and buy
boxes for items that will be stored or won't get unpacked for a long time.
How many boxes do I need?
Please have a look at our convenient, discounted Box Moving Packs
or Crate Moving Packs. The suggested amounts of
boxes & packing materials will give you an indication of what you will need.
Do you have a minimum purchase order for deliveries?
Yes. In order to keep our efficient & cheap delivery service running, we require a minimum order of
$50.
How do I order?
Easy! Just select your products, fill in quantities and add to your cart. You can navigate between product
categories and combine hire and sales items. Fill in invoicing & delivery information required and send it
off. We reward you with a 5% discount (product value only) for ordering online, after all, you have done the
work. Alternatively you can ring us on 1300 323 779 and we will happily take your order over the phone!
How do I pay?
We accept Master & Visa Card (no surcharge), AMEX (3%
surcharge), Direct Bank Deposit (EFT) and COD, (cash or cheque, cash being
our preferred option). You are welcome to, but not required to pay online. You will have the option to nominate
your payment method during check out.
Will I receive a confirmation or tax invoice?
Yes. Shortly after you have e-mailed your order you’ll find a confirmation in your Inbox.
A Tax Invoice will be delivered with your goods or can be e-mailed up front.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within 40 kilometres of the CBD (Perth WA)
Cut off suburbs are Rockingham (South) Quinn's Rocks (North) and Mundaring (East).
How much do I have to pay for delivery?
Free delivery for orders over $150. A low delivery fee of just $25 is charged for orders under $150.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on what time your order has been received. You'll be
able to nominate your preferred delivery date during the order process.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No, not if you have prepaid and goods can be left in an accessible, secure & weatherproof place. However you
accept full responsibility for any damages or loss that may occur in this instance. You can provide detailed instructions

Can I pick up instead of having my goods delivered?
We don't have a storefront nor fixed retail opening hours. However, due to demand, we offer pick ups from our warehouse
for purchases over $25. Prior arrangement is necessary as the warehouse is unmanned for
various periods of time. Just let us know what day/time (please advise a 15 minute window) you would like to pick-up
and we can usually accommodate your request. You have the option to select warehouse pick-up during check out.

Do I have to pay a delivery/collection fee?
FREE Delivery for orders over $150. A low delivery fee of just $25 will be charged for orders under $150.
FREE pick-up/collection at the end of your hire term!
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, but if you pay for your equipment in cash or use EFT, we will require a valid credit card (no debit cards
accepted) as a security bond. No charges will be applied when all hire items are returned on time and in good condition.
Don't worry we do allow for fair wear & tear.
What if I need to extend my hire term?
Not a problem! We offer daily extension rates or you can extend by a weekly, fortnightly or monthly period. Either
the individual or discounted moving pack hire rates apply, depending on what you already have.
Can I return my hire items early?
Yes, please give us a call and we will arrange prompt pick-up. No refund will be paid for early returns.
Can I use hire items for regional or country relocations?
Not at this time but we hope to expand our service area in the future.
What if I lose or damage any hire items?
For any hire equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee may be charged to your credit
card. Please feel free to ask about our replacement fees. For more information please refer to our
